Create a calming sanctuary at home with our beautifully furnished 5m bell tent, styled for guided sound baths, breathwork, and restorative yoga sessions. Perfect for small groups seeking a peaceful escape without leaving their home.

We deliver, set up, style, and prepare the tent the day before your session, allowing it to settle into a warm, cosy ambience.

The practitioner arrives independently and leads a 90‑minute session for up to five guests. This can work one of two ways. Either 30 minutes of gentle yoga, incorporating pranayama, and meditation, followed by a 60-minute gong bath. Or 60 minutes of Kundalini Yoga, tailored to the group. This could be either a gentle restorative practice or a more energising, transformational session, followed by a 30-minute gong bath to support relaxation and integration. Choose your practitioner session AM 10:30 - 12:00 or PM 14:30 - 16:00 or the evening 17:30 - 19:00. As night turns in sink into a full‑size king bed setup with fresh laundered bedding for a cosy, comfortable night under canvas.

Technical Details

Weekend rental prices above, unless bespoke arangements have been agreed at time of booking.

• Delivery / Set is Friday between 5pm - 8pm. OR Saturday 9am - 10am.

• Collection / Pack down is Saturday between 5pm - 8pm OR Sunday 5 - 8pm

Delivery is covered and free within a 10 mile radius of Hauxton. Bookings outside of this area are charged at an additional rate of £2.00 per extra mile for 4x journeys. As per google maps fastest route.

An additional security Deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. It is held up until collection and inspection checks have been completed.

The 5m Bell Tent requires a 7m x 7m minimum flat grass area. A photo of the intented site will be required prior to confirming the booking.

Sarah is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years' experience in healthcare and a passion for creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and simply be.

Through sound, guided relaxation and meditation, Sarah creates deeply calming experiences designed to encourage rest, quieten the busy mind and invite the body to let go of the tension we often carry through everyday life.

Using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, each sound experience is carefully created to immerse you in soothing layers of sound and vibration. Whether you're joining with friends, family, colleagues or simply taking some time for yourself, there is nothing you need to achieve or do.
