Important Information

Weekend rental price of £200 is as follows, unless bespoke arangements have been agreed at time of booking.

• Delivery / Set up can be Friday between 5pm - 8pm. OR Saturday 8am - 10am.

• Collection / Pack down is Sunday between 5pm - 8pm

Delivery is covered and free within a 15 mile radius of Hauxton. Bookings outside of this area are charged at an additional rate of £2.00 per extra mile for 4x journeys. As per google maps fastest route.

An additional security Deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. It is held up until collection and inspection checks have been completed.

The 5m Bell Tent requires a 7m x 7m minimum flat grass area. A photo of the intented site will be required prior to confirming the booking.
